“Ross came round urgently as I thought I had a wasp problem. He arrived within a couple of hours, was really helpful and quickly identified that they were actually bees. He refused to charge a call-out fee because of this, which was hugely appreciated. A true professional from start to finish — honest, knowledgeable and reliable.
