  Tyrone and his team turned up as agreed and was friendly and in regular, timely contact about the status of the job. He took photos of the before-and-after work and provided photographic evidence of additional, important work that needed doing to protect the roof (eg, rotten batons under tiles). There was 'professional' paperwork provided relating to the job and a 5-year guarantee stated. They also cleaned up afterwards and took the rubbish away with them
