Gem was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions about installing curtain tracks, no matter how ‘silly’ I thought they were. He even sent photos and videos which helped make the decision to proceed. On the day of the appointment he came within the time slot we booked. Gem came with all his equipment and did the work within the estimated timeframe. My initial idea about how to install the double ceiling tracks changed after he offered me advice. Gem even showed me via video call how to take down and put my the curtain tracks. I highly recommend Gem.Job location: E16
