  Ecolec serviced our electric boiler and identified a probable faulty part which could lead to loss of water pressure and possible water leakage. Unfortunately the faulty part did start misbehaving and it was a straightforward process to get a quote to make good and to promptly arrange a date and time for the job to be done. The work was undertaken by the same engineer who had done the original service and was organised by a very helpful office - a professional and thorough outfit.
