  Theo was incredibly helpful when there was a leak in our toilet. He was quick to reply and reassured me he could sort out the job on the day. He was very friendly, punctual and professional. He was also kind and patient when answering all my questions and he was very respectful of our home and my children (who were running around intrigued to see what he was doing). It's been months now and our toilet is still working perfectly thanks to his work. Many thanks Theo. Would definitely reccomend. ^-^
