  Without a doubt, knowledgable, responsive, knows what's what

  I recently had plumbing work carried out by Carl, I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first conversation, he took the time to walk me through my bathroom tap issue clearly, patiently with options. He assessed everything from photos I sent, explained what was needed, provided a fair, accurate quote upfront. Carl kept me updated at every stage - confirming parts, booking in the repair, and checking in before arrival. He ordered the exact parts required and turned up fully prepared. Repair was completed quickly, confidently, his skill & knowledge were obvious. I’m extremely happy
