  Polite and professional with great communication throughout. It was a slightly unconventional task as we needed indoor porcelain tiles laid over outdoor concrete slabs that form the floor of a new Pergolux pergola that has been installed over patio at the back of our house. Ben turned up when agreed, advised on what was required and completed a great job. Highly recommend.
