  Survey date was agreed and confirmed then was rang by the director/owner Erkan who said he would be arriving on a Sunday in 20 minutes. I informed him I had a date scheduled and he responded saying it was either Sunday or no day because he was busy even though Monday was an agreed. He then hung up the phone. I called the number on Checkatrade and the guy informed me he would be spoken to (which now doesn’t make sense if he was the owner) he called me back again in a tone of harassment to state he’s the owners and can do what he wants then hung up again
