  Refitted loose tiles on front and side face of three storey town house.

  Contacted within minutes of posting the job. Visited and quoted within an hour. I thought it was just a couple of loose tiles that needed refitting. Job started that afternoon due to weather affecting another job. Investigation by the lads onsite revealed further work would be needed in the future. I agreed to the additional work which was commenced and completed the following day. Lads explained everything that had been done to rectify the issue and the reason why it had occurred in the first place.
