2 Requested a full gas installation safety check

Called the office on Tuesday morning and requested a Full Gas Installation Safety Check as recommended by our homebuyers surveyor. This was booked in for Wednesday morning with access via our estate agents. We had no contact or feedback until the invoice arrived at 9:30pm requesting payment on the same day. We paid the invoice. Thursday morning we received a report for a single appliance test on our boiler which I had already informed an engineer had been recently tested and had emailed the results to. Have emailed, phoned on 3 different numbers and texted but they have been uncontactable.Job location: BH23
