  Unhappy With Home Guard

  I am very unhappy with Home guard the job was supposed 2 to 3 weeks but its been around 6 weeks and its still not finished they don't turn up when their supposed to my front garden was full of builders rubbish for over a month and the price keeps creeping up. They are supposed to be here today but haven't turned up again When they eventually turn I'll get rid of them and get someone else to finish the job.
