  Quote to fit a radiator

  Ryan rang at 9:30am to say he will be at the property to give a quote in the next 2-3hours, as today he had few bookings to prove quotes so will add to the list. .the job was for my elderly parents. They waited no show or even a message or call from Ryan to say he has taken on job and can’t come. . I messaged to ask if he will be coming he said it will be another 2-3 hours it was already 2pm or tomorrow. Not reliable at all or considerate towards others that they may have plans for the day and can’t not just wait around for him to turn up. Poor communication
