  Fault finding and repair after boiler display unit stopped working

  Initial call out was very quick, it took a couple of visits / diagnostic checks to find the true fault, but Guy kept me updated throughout the process. He was reliable and explained things clearly, avoiding all the jargon. Guy gave me my possible options throughout the process, talking me through the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. Fantastic service!
