  Some missing and cracked roof tiles and one hanging off the side of the roof posing a danger

  Good communication around availability, came out promptly and explained the work they would need to do. Replaced cracked and missing roof tiles. Provided lots of photos from before and after and ensured the scaffolding was removed straight away.
