  Landscaping contractor – patio installation, groundworks and waste removal.

  Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The landscaping work was started but not completed, leaving the project unfinished. A dispute then arose regarding payment. The contractor arranged a skip as part of the works. The skip hire company has confirmed that no payment has been made for the skip and that it will not be collected until payment is received. I was then asked to pay for the skip myself and to empty it before it could be collected, despite not arranging the skip hire. The skip remains on my driveway, leaving the matter unresolved.
