  Nightmare! Stay away from Profix roofing!!

  I paid Westly £1,500 to repair a roof leak. He changed a few tiles, and told me that he had thoroughly checked the roof and that there should be no further problems. However, after the first rainfall, just two days after the work was completed, my roof leaked heavily through the chimney. I contacted the company to report the issue, but instead of addressing the problem, I was told that he had originally suggested a new roof and that I had declined. He also stated that his repair work did not come with a warranty. And he blocked my number!!
