  Drain blocked with concrete!

  On buying our new house, we found that one bathroom drain was blocked and Will came out to investigate. He found that it was blocked with concrete and in between his first visit and coming to sort it, the drain itself collapsed! Will was super flexible and identified a way to route around the problem, minimising damage to the house. We arranged a time for him to come and sort it, and I couldn't be happier with his punctuality, quality of work, and the state of the house/garden when he was finished. Very pleased overall and would 100% recommend. Thanks Will!
