  Sean is an incompetent tradesman! He's clearly never read any fire regulations despite being a loft conversion specialist. We employed him to fit 6 fd30 doors and make a loft bathroom. what he did with the attic was to a disgraceful standard before we were forced to kick him off site. He chopped the doors to bits taking the fire rating marks off the top of the doors rendering them scrap, he was also adamant they didn't need intermittent strips he also used plasterboard screws despite being supplied the proper fire rated hinges and screws. Sean comes across well but is a danger to any household
