  Failure to guarantee work

  Alex replaced my flat roof with rubber. A few months later it came loose. I rang him and he said he would come over. I rang him again and he still didn’t come. I became worried the the wood would become sodden. I got another roofer and he showed me it had been cut too short and that it needs replacing. It is 6 months now and it doesn’t look like he’ll come. I’m very disappointed that he doesn’t guarantee his work.
