10 No hot water from the main element in the immersion heater.

John was quick to call. He listened to my description of the problem and asked relevant questions. He advised me of his availability and when the best time was to call. John was on time and courteous throughout the time in my house. He diagnosed the fault but the part would need to be ordered.
