  Ball valve replaced in loft header tank which was causing slight overflow

  Company got in touch quickly. Good communication with them prior to job being completed. The plumber arrived when he said he would. He was a very polite person. He checked the tank, informed me of what he had found and told me how long it would take to fix. Job completed in that time frame, old parts removed and he showed me the fault on the original ball valve (basically age and time).
