  He was polite, knew what he was talking about, and provided suggestions that were better than what I wanted. He was also very scrupulous, he pointed out that on one side of the room where I wanted some networking, there was already a network socket (which I thought was a phone socket); as a result, I was able to have both network runs on one side of the room, rather than shelling out for a third run. He also took the time to make some short patch cables for me as well when requested to do so.
