  Good old fashioned service with a smile

  Great old fashioned service. Great comms even before arriving. He demonstrated his many years expertise by diagnosing the challenge with the sticking conservatory door, and discussing the options. He was caring and respectful, insisting on putting shoe covers on before walking through the house. He repaired it promptly so that it is now working great again. Cleaned up & went the extra mile of lubricating the hinges and locking mechanism on the doors, stopping squeaking and protecting from rust. I will keep his details for when we need other related jobs doing, or to recommend to friends.
