  the company came out promptly and gave a quote, they described different solutions with the pros and cons. once we decided on dulexe, they gave suitable days to work that same week. the lads that came to site were very polite and answered any questions, they investigated a leak and found the issue, this was repaired at an agreed extra cost. Really happy with their work. the one downside is the lack of communication once I had paid the invoice, I had to chase to get confirmation that the money had been received, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
