  AVOID this rogue trader. He took no notice of my written description of the job when I said not to paint the lead flashings. He has ignored my messages since. He is not a professional, he asked me if I had a ladder to reach an attic window, turned up without the professional ladders one would need to reach an attic window, and took out our attic window to get onto the roof. A day later I noticed he had painted the lead. IF HE WERE A PROFESSIONAL, HE WOULD KNOW THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER PAINT OVER LEAD FLASHINGS. It is costing me £100 to remove the paint on the lead, HE HAS BLANKED ME SINCE

  A day later I noticed he had painted the lead flashings on the side even though i had told him in my written communication NOT to paint the lead. He did not clear this with me (the woman homeowner).

  Very polite and courteous throughout from the first line of contact to the finish. Work was carried out in a professional manner throughout on a difficult to access attic window. Would highly recommend.
