  Replacement of dimmer switch which turned out to be a bit more complicated than we first thought

  Rapid contact by BM Elect & Co Ltd who quickly arranged a date and kept in constant contact to keep us updated. The electrician (Lili) arrived on time and was friendly and professional. When the replacement dimmer switch didn’t work, he did the troubleshooting, identified the issue and fixed it.
