  Repaired washing machine

  A quick response from the company on Sunday and arrange a Tuesday visit. James identified the cause as being an aged heating element. James had one on board, swiftly accessed the area and replaced it. The age of the washing machine is about the age of an element and will most likely add another five years to the life of the machine. James was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and the price was fair. James also gave advice on my cooker which will need to be replaced and was happy to explain induction hobs.
