  Arranging with BSM to have aircon fitted in my flat was a pleasure. Pricing was competitive. They communicated promptly throughout which took all the stress out of it. They were friendly, polite and professional at all times. They went out of their way to give me the earliest fitting date possible. I hardly knew they were here whilst they fitted the unit and they cleared away all the mess afterwards. Truly exceptional service and I have recommended them to all of my friends. 10/10 😊
