  Installation still not complete after 6 weeks

  We had just 4 windows replaced. 2 of them were cracked and the 3rd was damaged so could not open. We don't know if they hadn't been inspected before being transported or if they were damaged on installation. 6 weeks later they have finally returned to replace the windows but the installers were not told about the widow that would not open, so we are still waiting for them to finish the job and they will have to come out a 3rd time meaning a 3rd day off work for me.
