  One the main steps on the stairs had come away and other steps weakened az a result.

  We needed somebody urgently as we effectively had a large hole in our stairs. Alex accepted the job and came to our house within half an hour! He went through what he was going to do, explaining that some of the materials used to support the steps was inappropriate. He made the area safe and when the work was completed talked me through what he had done (even showing me a photo from underneath the stairsl). We can't thank him enough - very prompt , reliable and efficient! We would use him again.
