  Fault finding on an EV charger that stopped working.

  Alex and his assistant came on the same day that I requested a visit and were friendly and courteous throughout their time with me. They listened to my explanation of the problem and proceeded to investigate the power supply and the charger in an efficient and professional manner. At each stage they explained what they were doing and took time to ensure I understood. They identified the internal component of the charger that had failed, which could not be repaired. I would be glad to use AB Building Services again if need arises.
