From the initial quote to the completion of works done the whole process was seamless. I was kept well informed. The groundwork team worked relentlessly in searing heat. They maintained a positive and cheery attitude,which I found reassuring. Each day I was well informed about the next stage. The job was completed to a very high standard within the timescale indicated at the onset. To sum up, every team of workers that came and the manager put me ( the customer) first.
