  It was an awkward job - a slightly less usual (and older) shower model, oddly installed (awkward to work with) and completely seized by limescale over the years. Will did an excellent job and also was great throughout from explaining hYO10is transparent pricing structure and booking us in to more than reasonable costs at the end and giving advice on some (unrelated) future work we will need.

  Reliable, professional (but friendly) and completed everything to good standard. Not cheap, but we haven’t actually tried to negotiate.
