  Max was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our backdoor which would not lock. We raised the job on a Friday evening and he offered to come out the same night if we had been concerned security-wise. He came out that Sunday in order to fit us in and despite the job being more complex than first anticipated stayed and fixed the issue for us after uncovering a number of shortcuts the developers had taken on install (new build property). Really nice guy, extremely pleased we went with the Window Guys - would highly recommend and will keep their details.
