  I began communicating with Taz after this company expressed an interest in my job request. Communication was absolutely brilliant and I received a very reasonable quote within 30 minutes which was within my budget. I agreed to have the work done the next day. On the day, Mo messaged to say he was running a bit late, which was great, far better than wondering if someone is going to turn up. When Mo arrived, he assessed the jobs and explained what was needed in good detail and got to work. I don't like to be in the way of tradespeople when they are working, but it was clear that Mo knew his stuff and was a consummate professional in his field. His work was not rushed and the workmanship was nothing short of perfect. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me what he had replaced. I had previously used the same glazier for 25 years but he retired recently due to ill health so I was a bit nervous about using another company, but these guys are definitely my new UPVC specialists going forward! Thank you so much Taz and Mo, I'm delighted!
