  very, quick reply to my job advert with clear communication, unfortunately the original time for the visit was missed due to one of the plumbers phoning in sick that day. I wasnt made aware of this until after the time had been and gone. but once this was sorted the next time organised was kept too and the job was quickly and professionally carried out. thabk will consider again
