  Loft Dormer Conversion

  Joe partnered with our main contractor Dave Blackwell throughout the full loft conversion from start to finish and did a great job. They helped go beyond main job repaired our floors and completed shower tiling in addition to helping deliver the overall project. He was reliable easy to work with and communicated well throughout. The quality of his work was high and he took real care to get the details right. He was flexible as things evolved and always willing to help find the best solution.   Excellent Full loft Dormer add 2 bedrooms and bathroom

  Full roof loft conversion adding 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We are very happy with the result. Dave was punctual, easy to communicate with, and helped us choose options as the build progressed. The work was well organised, completed to a high standard, and the finish is excellent both structurally and visually. He was fair on price, transparent about upgrades, spotted design issues early, and handled them well. We were especially impressed by the tidy site, clear updates, and the care taken with every detail. Great job from start to finish. We would happily recommend him and use him again.
