10 Faulty Loft Hatch

We contacted Steve, after 5pm due to a faulty loft hatch that kept swinging open and eventually hit me in the head! With a newborn we didn’t want to take a risk. By 6:45 Steve was round, identified the problem and fixed the issue. 11/10 customer service.Job location: CV22
