  The locksmith telephoned me within 5 minutes of me posting my job . He came around the same night and sorted out two locks for me at a reasonable prices . He was friendly and explained everything in just enough detail for me to understand . It was near enough after 19.00 when he came and he still had another job to do . All he said was " it's my job " and he did it with a smile on his face . What a credit to your company ! I wish I had got his name and I hope you can trace him and thank him from me .
