  Problem identified, neighbours consulted and solution fitted to drain in a morning.

  Phil was timely, professional and sent everything in writing by text after our phone calls. He proactively spoke to neighbours and diagnosed the problem with the drains. Phil negotiated with the neighbours to split the costs. I did smile when Phil sent me a photo of the non-return valve - very impressive although I was none the wiser. 🤣. All work carried out in one morning. An issue that had troubled us for 6 years was fixed in a morning. Thanks so much, Phil!
