  Prompt, Professional, Highly Reliable

  Miguel did a fantastic job fixing a water leak hidden in our ceiling. We felt so relieved to finally have someone competent on it. He's experienced, punctual, reliable, and efficient, and just as important, easy to talk to on both a personal and technical level. What really won us over: out of 15 tradespeople we contacted, he was the only one willing to take on the job. The rest declined, ghosted us, or claimed they were too busy. He showed up, assessed it, and got it fixed; no fuss. We were genuinely impressed with the quality of his work and can't recommend him enough.
