  Stripping wallpaper and paint down to bare plaster and taping up sockets etc in prep for painting.

  He stripped the wallpaper and then didn’t finish the job. We tried to strip it ourselves the next day and it scraped right off, no steamer needed. He also didn’t tape things up for painting like we asked.
