  Require full DPC and Dry Rot Treatment

  Neil from valley view arrived to install a DPC to a Chimney Breast in through Living & Dining room. Upon starting the job he noticed some dry rot in the dining room chimney breast which required immediate treatment. Also after testing all walls a DPC was required in part of the Living Room and all of the Dining Room. As the house was up for sale it required sorting quickly. Neil and his team set to work for 8 Days in total renewing floor timbers / flooring / dry rot treatment and full Damp Proof Course. He rescheduled all his other work to ensure the property was completed and ready for viewings 2 weeks later. Remedial decoration was carried out by myself and my wife. House is now back on the market ready for viewings. Great quick job highly recommended.
