  Mark was due to repair a small leak in the guttering and walked us through each step he took and why. He clearly identified a bigger issue and explained it in a way that made it easy to understand, with photos and comparisons to the neighbours to highlight the issue. Mark provided multiple options on how to proceed, setting realistic expectations of how successful each option would be long and short term and made sure we fully understood the work he would be doing. Mark quickly sourced materials and competed work same day. Mark debriefed with us, with photo evidence of each step. Nice bloke
