  Over charging

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This company contacted me through Checkatrade and was quoted around £700 to do a final connection for my EV charger. This then increased to £1,100, suggesting I needed a new consumer unit, but then only one small unit to add before the work was eventually completed for £550 cash. After the work was finished on the same day, further quotations from other Checkatrade electricians for the same job started coming in. Those quotations were significantly lower, leading me to believe I was substantially overcharged. The work took approximately two hours
