  After placing my request on Checkatrade, Lee from LVG Plumbing & Heating called me promptly and quickly arranged a date in the diary. He was professional throughout, clearly explained the issue, and talked me through the options before starting any work. The repair was carried out efficiently and he left the area clean. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges on the final bill. He also shared some helpful tips on maintaining the system to prevent future problems.
