  End of tenancy cleaning

  Very disappointing and unprofessional End of Tenancy Cleaning. Communication was poor: no confirmation of arrival, finish time. The flat was still dirty, with food/debris in the fridge, grease on the hob, sticker residue on walls, dirty window sills and dirty water marks/drips underneath them. The whole flat also smelled like damp/dirty cleaning cloths. They even left cleaning equipment behind despite me having a visit the next day. They have offered to return, but I’m still waiting for confirmation. Not the standard expected.
