  Luke delivered an ideal service throughout. He responded to my initial enquiry on a Saturday and by Sunday evening we had agreed a price and he had agreed a date and time to complete the work. He arrived early, got straight to work and was finished promptly but without rushing. As well as completing what looks so far like a sound repair he also paid attention to making a tidy decorative finish meaning I only had a simple refit of a fixture to have everything back as new.
