  shower leak which went through the bathroom floor flooding the kitchen

  the plumbers came out as promised, evaluated the situation, explained what they saw via a video as well as discussion. They secured the leak then we arranged a date for work to start. I haven't had great experiences with plumbers in the past so with fingers crossed the work began...I have to say I was impressed by the way they worked and the quality of their work. They tested as they went along as this was not a straight forward leak to repair. They had to adjust all the plumbing that had previously been installed and bring it up to current standards. it was a huge challenge however They arrived and started work immediately, no chatter or cup of tea! They worked until they had completed what they wanted to do for that day. Their approach is one of understanding and flexibility. They kept me informed throughout and were happy to show the work completed as well as what was left to do. Cost is clear from the start any ammendments to cost are discussed. I would highly recommend Warwickshire plumbers ...to add to what we observed as skilled workers, they clean up after themselves too and cover areas where they will be walking in and out before they begin!!
