  Good and Bad- Our experience

  I recently hired this decorating company to carry out work in my home. While the majority of the decorating was completed to a high standard, two significant issues arose. 1. In addition to the original quotation, I asked if polystyrene insulation (supplied by myself) could be applied to a north facing wall in one room. The decorator agreed to this as a gesture of goodwill, and had sufficient opportunity to decline.  Unfortunately the completed work on one strip of the north wall had a deep horizontal rippling effect.  The contractor offered to return and remedy the defect, as a gesture of go
